Delete data

You can request deletion of your cloud save, anonymous account, leaderboard entries and tester entry. It is quicker in the app: “Delete account and cloud data” in the settings removes everything stored on our servers right away. To remove local data, uninstall the app.

Find your private player ID in the app under Settings → Player ID, in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It is only shown to you. Keep it private and use it for support and deletion requests; public leaderboard IDs and friend codes are unsuitable for this. We delete data after verifying ownership. If you provide an email address, we will email an acknowledgement. A player ID alone does not let us reply by email; the browser message acknowledges receipt instead.
